Caroline E. Adams handles all aspects of civil litigation, including negligence, maritime, oil and gas, real estate, commercial claims and mass class action lawsuits. Caroline has extensive experience representing clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, in both federal and state trial courts, and in arbitration. Currently, Caroline is involved in multi-district litigation and seeks to resolve thousands of losses arising from the April 20, 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
Caroline received her undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and graduated from the South Texas College of Law in 1999. Caroline was selected to be on the Varsity Mock Trial Team and had the honor of participating in one of the most prestigious advocacy programs in the country. After graduating from law school, Caroline served as a briefing attorney to U.S. District Court Judge Joe J. Fisher for the Eastern District of Texas. Caroline is licensed in the state of Texas, and admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas.
